Free shipping will automatically be applied to all baskets, which are shipping within the UK, when you spend £100 or more. 

All orders are sent via Royal Mail and may take 2-4 days to be dispatched. 

This is because each item is picked, packed, labelled and posted by little old me and, for the time being, I am only able to be in my studio on a part-time basis. So, please be kind and allow for this on top of delivery time if your purchase is needed for a certain date.

UK Shipping

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail, with tracking and full compensation to cover the cost of your purchase in case of loss of damage during transit.

EU Shipping

European orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, with full compensation to cover the cost of your purchase in case of loss of damage during transit.

International Shipping

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, with full compensation to cover the cost of your purchase in case of loss of damage during transit.

Returns

Returns and refunds are so rarely necessary that I work on an individual basis. Generally they will only be accepted if the order is damaged or doesn’t arrive. Either of these cases would be given a full refund, though I may require a photograph to show to the postal service.
